Need an Easy PPI in San Fran

I'm looking for a rust free E21 to swap the motor and suspension from a rusty 320is that has an M20 and euro 323i suspension . Think I found one in Santa Clara, CA, but would like to have someone put eyes on it to assess whether it is rust free, what the paint looks like and whether it has any signs of accident damage. Mechanical condition is unimportant. Can anyone recommend a shop nearby that would be able to do it and go to the seller's home to carry it out? I'd be buying it sight unseen and shipping cross country so don't want to just buy based on photos.

Motorspeed West is my go to and they are extremely helpful/honest. Not sure if one of the mechanics would make the trek to the seller's home, but never hurts to give them a call and ask.

never seen an opalgrun 323. can you post some pics? I have a daily 320i in opalgrun. it's a little oxidized but I love the E21 in that color

It's on its way! Leaving Santa Clara for New England after a few months trying to make this happen. This rust-free Hennarot will be receiving 323i complete subframe with discs, LSD, Bilstein Sports, H&R springs; 323i front subframe, suspension, springs, shocks, brakes matching the rear; M20 motor, 323i 5 spd; euro bumpers, and 320is interior all from a very rusty 320is. Should be fun!
