2013 528I - Am I getting ripped off on replacing my front shocks?

It's come time to replace the front shocks on my 2013 528i (got about 130K miles) and the shop I go to says there are no aftermarket options available for my car other than the ones sold directly through BMW. I have the M sport package on my car which I don't know if that effects what shocks are available but BMW is quoting him $480 per shock. I always like to be sure I'm not getting ripped off so I just wanted to see if that number seems accurate?

The work was quoted at 3-4 hours so I should expect $350-$450 in labor to install them which seemed about right.

    Do these prices seem reasonable?

Go directly to bilstein and Koni catalogs. Also if your car had electronic dampened shocks that would limit you choices, labor is what it is, it's not an easy job. People can pay plumbers, lawyers, dentist, but pay a good tech what he is worth, don't want to do that
