Im planning on deleting the ac compressor, can I just mount the compressor on the bracket and install the belt and be good to go?

This question doesn't make sense to me. Are you deleting or installing?

    No e30s, again :(
if you are deleting, just take the belt off, or take it all off for weight savings. if you are reinstalling, it will take more then just putting the compressor and belt back on
    No e30s again.

^ This. OP says he's deleting the compressor but installing the belt?

If you're removing it, evacuate the gas in the system in a legal and environmentally-safe fashion and then remove the hardware and belt.

Make a long story short I removed all the AC accessories in hopes to find my air conditioning leak, then I realized buying the new parts for the ac system is to expensive. Now I want to get by with the bare minimum for the car to run without putting back any of the AC accessories preferably.
