Long time listener, first time caller here.
Has anyone run across or made the dxf file for the rear suspension reinforcement plates? I am looking for the R-Tab reinforcement plate specifically. I have access to a CNC plasma cutter and though it doesn't save me a ton of money I'd like to cut these myself. This is DIY reinforcement to the fullest!
Thanks!
Never heard of such a thing, no. I'm sure the various aftermarket shops which make and sell plates have their CAD files, but they want you to buy their reinforcements. Your best bet if you really want to DIY this would be to find someone who has a set of aftermarket reinforcements who can sent you an exact tracing of the shape and measurement of the thickness. That would get you pretty close, since the RTAB pocket reinforcements are just flat pieces of steel.

I went ahead and just made my own. I was able to just take some general dimensions and everything worked well.
Hey, old thread but I am looking for the exact same things. Do you think you could send me the files? It would be greatly appreciated.
