    Cylinder Head Rebuild?

How often are you guys refreshing your LO heads? Do you typically lap the valves or replace? Grind the seats? How about spring replacement?

I'm just curious as I have a couple of seasons of sprint racing on mine... It runs great and I do not think it has lost any performance (at least what I can tell).

Thanks in advance for your thoughts/comments.

    Welcome to the forum.

LO? What's that? And, while you're at it, what year and model BMW are we talking about? How many miles on this engine? How competitive is your class? Is it a spec-racing series, where the rules are exceptionally tight, and every car is the same?

this seems awfully similar to this thread from March 2018.

Hmmmm....Shadowpuck, do you have a photographic memory?

Apparently, the writer of this thread does....the post is an EXACT copy of the post which befuddled everyone already! Word for word.....WAY too suspicious. And here I was, wondering about the state of sprint racing, in Vietnam.

    What's that smell?

LOL! i certainly wish i did sometimes! i don't know what made me remember this oddly worded post. i just knew i had read something similar not long ago.
i do seem to be able to remember patterns, trends, etc. rather easily - so, maybe that's what triggered this one!

spammer is banned now, good find by shadowpuck. The spammer started even another thread in another forum, also a copy of something posted before and it was reported. With that I even found a 3rd spammer.
