Just got the engine running, now you're gonna blow in it with a half assed generic kit with no directions, huh? Let me tell you a little story:

My boss ( a Premier Master Porsche Technician) bought one of those cheapo Chinese kits for his E46. He told me to install it. I inspected it thoroughly, and told him I wouldn't touch the damned thing, and he needed to return the P.O.S.

He's EXTREMELY difficult to convince, when he's got his mind set on something like this, so we inspected all the parts together. And then he called the company he'd bought the crap from, and demanded the directions on how to use this on an E46. They had none. He returned the crap.

A decent turbo kit for that engine should cost upwards of five thousand dollars, and should have every part needed, very specific directions, perfect fitment, and a tune specifically for that car. Do you even have injectors?

No, you don't just "vent" the CCV without proper provision....that's an intake leak. And no, you can't blow into the crankcase, either.

Do it right, or don't do it at all.

Also, you're at the wrong forum for this question. Go to the F.I. forum, somewhere next to this forum on the main Bimmerforums list.

    I totally agree with bmwdirtracer.
Make sure you have every single part, and make sure you have the tuning kit meant for your model.
I recommend you find a distributor of parts that you trust. I have my own prefered website for parts here in denmark, this one: https://performance-parts.dk/shop/gevindundervogn-bmw-9s1.html

BUT, in your case i would seek help from a certified mechanic
