Which TIS has DSC and Brake light warning light circuit?

Can someone point me to the TIS for a 2003 2.5? I've had it in the shop several times, but the mechanic says the lights have to be on to diagnose the circuit. Since these lights come on for any reason or no reason, I cannot reproduce this at the shop. I'm thinking there is a loose-fitting connector somewhere that is either heat sensitive or bump sensitive.

Are you visiting a BMW specialist? If the lights are getting illuminated, the computer will have codes, even after the lights go out.

Lights don't come on for no reason and yes somebody will have to dx. Because the those two warning lights came on their is for the most likely only one problem, not multiple ones. Meaning if the fault is in dsc and since dsc feeds its signal to other modules they will also be affected, that's way you get the two lights. Or for that matter if the brake light switch was bad it could probably make dsc come on.

I'm actually wondering what warning lights you'd get, on an early Z4, if the brake fluid level is low? That could explain the intermittent.....

When I had the brakes redone, the brake reservoir was brim full. Haven't seen any signs of leakage so it must be the dsc that is flaky.

Will the BMW testing computer pick up where the fault is?
