The ability to reset engine adaptions will depend on the scanner you are using. Some will, others will not.
With INPA running on a computer, log into the DME and read the error codes. There will be a tab called adaptions, hitting it will clear the adaptions. Link to INPA below.

Alternatively, just drive the car and after about 1 or 2 tanks of gas, the adaptions will change themselves to match the car's setup.
Did you fit the rubber tubes to the throttle body and idle control valve correctly? The misfires and lack of power almost sound like a bad vacuum leak.
