This has been a fun weekend car, but having a new baby on the way and looking at a new house has me wanting to free up funds. It has a new emissions sticker good through 6/19 and I have the title in hand ready to go.
I had plans to make this a track car so there are things I would do if I were driving it every day. There are interior pieces missing. A pillar and C pillar covers. It has no a/c. Doors need to be manually locked. The paint looks great from 10 feet, but up close there are small scratches and dings. The M3 speedometer has high miles on it, but I got it so the tachometer would read correctly. The tires rubbed at the original ride height I had it set up, at so I have raised it to what you see in the pictures. Overall the car is great, and has been a lot of fun to work on. These are most of the quirks that bothered me, but other than that its a blast to drive.
Here's a couple videos:

Shoot me a message if you have any questions at all.
