Crank but no start, blue relays clicking with key out. Confused

Any idea what is going on? New engine installed, engine cranks turns over but doesn’t start, and the blue relays near the ECU keep clicking even after the car is off without a key.. I’m beyond confused.. any ideas?

Having put in a new engine and it not starting, you have provided such a small amount of information on what you did, what you have done to investigate and troubleshoot.

No need for smart remarks, I literally said what is going on, put in a used engine, connected everything now the engine cranks but doesn’t start, only weird thing I noticed was those relays clicking every few seconds even without the key in the ignition, there’s really not much else I can say, I feel maybe it’s a security thing but idk. I’m lost sorry if I don’t have much info

If you disconnect the battery for couple mins, then reconnect the battery. Don't do anything else - don't open any doors, etc
Do the relays start clicking?

Problem was a wrong connection in the ECU itself, problem fixed.
