Fuses are good
Pumps tested dead. Not sure how 3 pumps die but car has been sitting for years and I do not know when they went.
Funny thing when testing the pump leads
Lead going to headlight pump. 0 v steady 0 v when button on stalk engaged
Lead going to windshield pump. 8v steady 12 v when button on stalk engaged
Lead going to intensiv pump. 0 v steady 12 v when button on stalk engaged
Is there a relay associated with these pumps?

Took pumps apart. All are total rusted out. Probably pump change will do the trick
