Does they fit perfect? Do you have to do anything. to them. Tire , adapter, etc....
I'm planning to find some. Plus my car will be lowered on coilovers. No wheel gap..
I dont see why not. Ive run 17in e46 330 wheels on my e36s before. Its the e46 M3 wheels that stick out too far in the rear. You may have to get longer wheel studs/bolts, but i doubt it

The rear offset is likely a tiny bit higher than the stock E36 offset, but there's enough wiggle room it won't be a problem.
[Edit] I ran E46 Style 68s for years with no problems other than the tire shop occasionally putting the rears on the front (which won't fit on the front without a spacer).
