Wanted : A set of front bumper ends with the yellow reflectors. For '87 and back

Need a good set of bumper ends. Also called bellows. A set that retains its shape and has all the mounting studs in place. And no rattling rust inside. That's the problem in this region, they rust from the inside out, lose their shape and mounting studs. And you shake them and hear the rust inside and it falls out. Could also maybe trade for some parts, like a good set of kidneys or a set of front Euro lenses. Got some other spares.

Anybody got a set left over from doing a Euro bumper swap. Or even just a parts car. I've posted this in plenty of places and really surprised there's not a set out there. If only I had an 88-89 world bumper setup. The bumper ends on those don't rust out. I did add a set of headlights from the 88-89 6er. Low beam is not that great but high beams are great which is wonderful out in the country where I'm at.

So, anyone have a good set of bumper ends for an '87 and back 635? Just happen to have my air dam off right now for paint and now's a good time to install a good set of ends. With all the mounting studs missing on mine they are secured using black screws and bolts. On top bottom and sides.

Although my '88 E24 has been sold, you might be interested in the lighting upgrade I did for it several years ago. The headlight bulbs were changed to HIR (Halogen Infrared Reflecting). The wattage is the same as an OEM bulb, avoiding any electrical issues, and the life rating is also the same. However, light output increases substantially (more than 87% for the low beams and about 50% for the high beams.

It takes some minor filing or Dremel work to trim the tabs (usually just the center one) on the bulb base so that it fits into the holder. The 9012-style HIR2 bulbs for the low beams replace the original 9006. The 9011-style HIR1 replaces the 9005 high beam and provides about 50% more light than OEM. Candlepower has been one source for the bulbs. https://store.candlepower.com/hirlighting.html

Thanks Jim for the info. I'll take a look at that site. These lights look better, but they do need some help.
