    Battery drain e46

    Hi I have a parasitic drain on my car.had it into a garage and had everything checked..and nothing has shown up.however I've just had a diagnostic on it and it came back with P0500 fault . vehicle speed sensor fault.could this fault drain a battery .t.i.a

    The p0500 is a speed sensor error. You should hook up an amp meter inline with the battery to see what the drain amperage is...

    Then if it's high pull fuses to see if drain stops.
