P0141 is the Bank 1 Sensor 2 code, and the 323i has only 1 pre and one post cat sensor. I replaced the post cat O2 sensor with a NTK sensor. The light code is still coming back after i clear it. Any ideas?

Could be the wiring, could be the relay.

Yeah. I was going to check the wiring today, where is this relay?
It was only throwing a code for the 2ndary air system, I (thought I)fixed that, and then I got the P0141 code. And now im getting both. I replaced the air valve for the SAS, and the 02 sensor

Secondary air uses the oxygen sensor reference to verify if the system is working correctly or not, then sets fault. so there is a strong possibility you didn't need th o2 sensor
