Hello guys I am a new BMW E36 owner and I have noticed after purchasing a 1997 BMW 328i that the front head lights and hood do not align right and it looks very bad and uneven. If anyone could please help me as I am going to be making it a nice daily and occasional track car. I am also going to have questions on rotors and pads, suspension, maintenance and other things in the future on here. If you could add some decent cheap rotors and pads along with help with the issue that would be awesome! Thank you all in advance, I really appreciate the help from fellow enthusiasts.

The alignment screws are at the top of the light and on the sides. Loosen them and pull it into place and tighten them

Never mind I got it. Had to spray WD-40 in the hood lock and pull it out and push the ring in a few times. Works good now!
Interesting! I'll need to do the same. I got the same issue still.
I have just posted this: https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?url...9&share_type=t
But the issue you describe I still have.
Also my rear bumper has a huge gap.

If your hood lock is getting tight/stiff then take it apart, clean & lube it and replace the cable. If not, at least take it apart, clean and lube the latch and put an emergency pull string/wire that leads over to your side marker light. Trust me, It's a royal pita if your hood latch cable breaks.
New cables are cheap FYI.
