    Rough idle!!

I have bank one bank two lean codes. I have replaced the intake boot cleaned the MAF sensor with MAF sensor cleaner, have replaced the intake boots bc it was ripped. But I still have the lean codes.
Another thing that I have noticed is that every time I take off the oil cap the car starts to idle very bad to the point where it wants to turn off, what could it be???

Have an intake smoke test performed with a professional smoke machine,
best and most reliable way to locate and confirm leaks.
