Will these C pillars work on a '91 E31?

I found some C pillars on ECS Tuning. I have Gray/Silbergrau interior and wondered why they note that these won't work on a 91 car. Does anyone know what the difference is here? Thanks!

C-Pillar covers are the same for all years.

Slight Interior color change is most likely the reason for the "from 9/1992" description, however the actual C-pillar trim is the same for E31 all years.
