2018 BMW X5 (F15) 21" Wheel Upgrade Question

Hi everyone, sorry if this is a repost or repeated question. Did a search, and nothing useful came up.

I just bought a new X5 (F15) XDrive50i. I love it...and want to make the wheels a bit more special. So I bought these on E-bay. They are BMW wheels.



I bought these tires to go with it...



The dealer told me I needed some kind of retrofit kit for the wheel flares. So I bought ONE of these at dealer salesman recommendation (he said he spoke to parts manager):



Something tells me I need two of these, and the actual wheel arches to replace the current ones. I know they will need to be painted to match...something like this, but for the F15 model, and not the E70 model...if the wells are different.



Am I on the right track? Can anybody provide some guidance? I'm already over $3k in on the wheels and tires, and don't want to mess this up. Thanks!
