Help with engine compartment wiring

Hey all, I really need help. I pulled my front end off my 95 325i and now putting it back together. I am now connecting the plugs to my headlights and side markers but I have two more wires that have little black l shaped boot plugs that I dont know where they go..these two plugs are on both sides of the car.Attachment 636767Attachment 636767

Yes!! Thank you so much..the connector housing that these are supposed to be in are removed by PO I guess. Thank you so much for your help.

Odd my 97 Fog lamps have a very different connector. Something change Y To Y?

So from what I can tell it looks like these boots sit inside a connector housing that opens up.

What happened to mine, and probably yours too, is that the connector hits the pavement while driving and breaks off. The same thing happened to my aux fan plug. The connector broke and the boots inside are all that is left.
