2782 Camshaft Sensor Exhaust - Error

I got this error code, I know which sensor it is and I changed it, suffice to say the error did not go away. To check if it was the sensor at fault I took the intake one and switch it with exhaust (it's the same tipe of sensor) to my surprise that changed nothing I still got the error code and it was still on the exhaust! And there is something else I discover while looking at the camshaft variation (or something like that) while the engine is running one was changing depending on engine RPM while the other one was stuck at 65 no matter what I did ! Can someone tell me what's broken cause I really have no ideea at this point .

Has the VANOS been serviced? It sounds like the exhaust VANOS solenoid is stuck.
