Hi everyone,
I have tried and read what I can with my 1989 535i door locks and I couldn't help but ask everyone here what to do now.
This is what happened,
1. By losing the key, I had to get a set - ignition, driver side and passenger side barrels.
2. Replaced all
3. Locked via the driver side door key barrel
4. Couldn't open anymore!
5. Good thing the trunk was left open, I had a friend go inside through the rear center arm rest window!!!
6. Manually opened the drivers door.
NOW,
1. ALL 3 doors front passenger and both rear doors are like SUPER LOCKED, I couldn't even pull the lock handles.
2. Couldn't fully turn the key on the front passenger door
3. Opened the Driver door card/sidings dismantled the door handle assembly
4. Inspected the actuator, opened it also, and its also SUPER LOCKED - couldn't pull the lever.
5. Sockets and wirings are good
ANY SUGGESTIONS?
Thank you all
This is the instruction for the E32, maybe also works on your E34, GM + RM have the same pinout http://www.bimmerboard.com/forums/posts/1263406/

Alright, will do this. Thank you
Many thanks, was able to open the locks by following your advice @shogun.
Ill be cutting the 14 pin out also. Should I cut it from the module (Male) or the wire on the female?
Thanks
That acutally does not matter, in the instructions I mentioned: To prevent any future deadlocking, cut off pin 14 of the RM. That was the easiest for me, as I have spare RM
