but you folks are the best. I'm temporarily in the DC area and I have a 2010 e60 M5 that might need dealer service soon. There seems to be quite a few of them in the area, which one would you recommend?

I take my 2015 M5 to Fairfax BMW. Frankie is my service technician and is the best in the biz.

20 years ago I purchased and serviced my first BMW at Passport BMW, on the Maryland side. My experiences there were always positive, but Nick's info is much more up-to-date than mine. I do still keep in touch with my guy from Passport, but he has since moved on to a Porsche shop.
