hey guys, so I've been working on putting a non vanos m50 into my 95 318ti for about a year now, I gotta get this car done soon and I just don't want to get hung up on stupid stuff like I have been. this swap is like 1000 times more annoying when doing it with an e34 m50 So I found out the hard way that I needed new arms, mounts, dme and oil pan. Now i finally ripped off my horrid front sump and do to my ignorance and listening to all of the forum guys that say "google it", I was mislead to believe that all the oil pans are interchangeable with just swapping them, then putting the bolts back in. But I realized they have a different oil pickup tubes and different oil pumps. My question is on my e36 m50 pan it has the front hump will that be deep enough to use the stock e34 oil pump and just throwing on a e36 pickup tube orrrr do I have to swap out the whole oil pump. Thanks for the help, hopefully, I can do a write up when I'm done since all the compact swap m50 threads are dead.
Bump
