Hi Guys,
Sold my 2014 420D with Prof Media (UK car), and what to clear the following but can not found how to do it in the car and online manual, pls advise?

- PM Navigation how to clear the history of previous destinations?
- 8 Quick buttons where shortcuts for radio and telephone numbers, how to clear or reset?

I see how to clear Contact, and I assume when my mobile phone is not Bluetooth connected it clear the stored phone numbers...?
