E65 Wont start probably repeat post sorry NEW MEMBER

Im Lazaro new member. I stay in Galveston TX I bought a 02 745LI didn't do any homework before purchase. I fighred i would take it on as a challenge. I replaced dme vvt fuse box amd vvt modulator. DME and CAS have been reprogrammed and synchronized. It started and immediately died. I was told vvt needs to be reprogrammed/relearned. I have tried ista+p but it tries to replace and program nav/phone and all that stuff before the dme sync and vvt. I cant get it to do just the dme and vvt. I am more concerned about the car starting oppose to listening to the radio or navigation. What good does it do if the car doesn't move. Lol. Any help advice or links to threads would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
