2002 X5 coolant leak

Hey guys, After many hours I am ready to give up! I have a coolant leak when the car is running from the very bottom outlet on the radiator. I have replaced all the hoses and the reservoir. It drips from the bottom outlet in a steady flow. I don't want to take it to a mechanic but I am running out of ideas. Also when I add coolant to a reservoir at a certain point it starts pouring out of this outlet. Like I figured at first it was just overfilled and correcting itself but it seems the dripping doesn't stop. Please help a brother out

When replacing the expansion tank, you also need to replace the mounting plate it sits on with all the bits and pieces. It all aged plastic
