Bmw e46 330ci - Rod knock?

Hey guys!
I have been noticing this knocking/tapping noise coming from the engine. My guess is rod knock. What do you guys think?

Hard to tell. With the engine stone cold, remove the main serpentine belt, start the car and rev it to see if the noise remains.

Yes I heard it. First off. Is oil level good and has oil been changed regularly. Rislone or MMO may be something to look into if sludge has built up in the engine.
