I put my car on a ramp and did a quick coolant flush, filled it up and turned it on for a few minutes with the cap open to fill in more coolant once it warms up. For some reason the car didn't end up needing more coolant so I didn't end up topping it off. Turned the car off (at this point the car was perfectly fine). I installed the bottom cover and closed the cap and the hood, turned the car on again to take it off the ramp and the ABS, DSC, and parking brake lights all came on.
I tried to reset them with a diagnostic tool and they all came right back. Any insight?
For anyone else running into the same problem, I had some coolant spilled on the ABS Module which is located right next to it. It has dried out and now the lights went off
