i'm looking to buy my first BMW, after my A6 was considered a total loss; however, i am looking forward to driving it, but only found a really good one out of state; is it worth it to pay for it to be transported, or should i wait until something comes up closer?
Well the 3.0 is the one to get, they go pretty well. Have a prepurchase inspection done where the car is located sure you could ship it
Depends on too many factors for anyone to give you an answer. How well do you know the Z3 cars? How long have you been looking? Why only a 3.0i? What is going to be your use for the car? How do seasons affect the sales of Z3's in your locale? and more....
It's hard to balance between caution, (knowing there is no such thing as the last good deal), and pulling the trigger when it's time to do so. The better you know yourself, what you want, and the cars themselves, the better your chances of making a good deal. I suggest patience.
