Fix or Replace rubber molding around side windows on 2004 Z4

I experience air leaks and noise around both driver & passsenger windows. It appears that after 14 years the rubber molding has done some shrinking which has resulted in gaps where the glass does not touch the glass.

    1. Is replacement side molding available and if so where and about how much?

    2. Is there a way to build up the rubbler so it meets the glass?

    Any suggestions.

    Thanks Z4 2004 - Leon

You might find the part number/s on realoem.com. You will need to know your last 7 vin# digits. Enter the digits and then start browsing the different parts sections. You will most likely need to look in 'bodywork' and scroll down to 'door weatherstrip front'.

If you replace the weather stripping and still have some wind noise, check out this video on how to adjust the windows.
