Girling Master Cylinder rebuild?

Anyone know where I can find a rebuild kit for the Girling brake master cylinder on an M42? I've Googled and Amazoned and eBayed and have not found anything. I found new complete replacements for $200 - $400 and used parts that have not been rebuilt. I'd really like to just rebuild the one I have if I can. Another option is upgrading to an E32 7 series one from Bimmerworld for $71, but apparently I have to change out one of the hardlines with that. Does anyone know about that and have any thoughts? Thanks sienayr, but the link is for the caliper rebuild, which I did already thanks to your previous help on that. This time, I am looking to rebuild the master cylinder. I ran into some info last night that indicated rebuild kits may not be available for this, but I find that a little hard to believe.
