    Cylinder 6 Missfires under load

    2008 bmw 335i 90k miles
Combustion Misfires cylinder 6 not sure the exact code i dont remember but thats the only problem. In the morning it pulls very well but when it gets warmed up it will start misfireing under load. Around 9 psi. It wont misfire with stock tune but it with stage 1 tune. It did not use to misfire with stage 1 tune. No extra bolt ons no burble just a stage 1 tune.
    Replaced plug
    Replaced coil
    Replaced fuel injector
    Coded fuel injector
Tried to Cleaned the valves in cylinder 5 and 6 as best as I could not to good of a job but enough to have fixed the problem if thats what it was.
Checked my hardest for vacuum leaks
    Im stumped..
    Help Please

Make sure plug gap is set to 0.044 inches.

Check the resistance on the dme mosfets that drive your ignition coils.
    Is this msd80 or msd81?

I can replace those dme's plug and play.

    Is OK on stock Bosch.
Not correct for NGK 5992 (stage 2), which is .022~.

You said it doesnt miss on a stock tune. So if you want to run stock gaps then stick with a stock tune. Otherwise you should probably step your gap down to a colder one.
