Can you recommend me an indoor car cover?

    UPDATE....UPDATE...
So being indecisive as I am, I wobbled on this decision and ended up buying the Coverking Stretch Satin cover. Ran about $200. I am quite pleased with it (indoor use only) except I did not realize this particular cover does not necessarily come with an antenna pocket. Not a big deal since the antenna unscrews and can be stowed easy, but something to know. I guess you could go with a shorty antenna as an option too. It’s not perfect, but a decent fit at the price point and the material is not thin or cheap at all. Nice soft interior liner too.

Sorry for the lame post, but search has not been my friend. I am looking at this indoor car cover, but it’s pretty hyped and that puts me off a bit . Anyone have a form fitted indoor cover that they like? Thanks!

The OE Noah fabric cover has stood me well for indoor storage over many years; I recommend it.

From what I’ve seen out there, in general, you get what you pay for. The generic ones say they’ll fit your car, but they’re designed to fit as many styles as possible. Look for side mirror pockets - if none, then most likely it’s not specifically for a Z3.

These were sourced from an Italian firm, but they are of impeccable construction and fitment. I and dozens of others were fortunate to have gotten them through a group-buy orchestrated by Anthony Jajou, so he may be able to name the supplier.

And oh, by the way, hi neighbor.

If I had a 3.0i in Parrish FL, it would be booked into Randy's for a trunk floor brace this winter.

He lives right up the block from me, same subdivision.

If history really repeats itself, he won't need it done until 6-12 mos after I'm no longer here...

Actually though, his car's immaculate, and I've already peeked under its skirt!

Thanks all, and hey Randy! (I have your number handy, and a few things in mind when the time is right!) I ended up going OEM Noah as Mr. Bingley kindly suggested. For years I have used the cheapest cover out there, the Budge cover from Walmart. It’s been for indoor storage only and has served me well, but time for more of a form fit!

I use a Covercraft Form-Fit cover. Stretchy material, very soft, rolls up fairly compact (unlike the Noah and some of the other bulkier covers). Expensive, though. The Covercraft pattern for Coupes is way off- the less stretchy covers were way too bulky and didn't fit the car well at all.
