Time for a little analysis...
Take out your stethoscope and listen to each part on the front of the engine that is turned by a belt while the engine is idling. Check the following:
A/C clutch, W/P, Alt, P/S and the idler and the tensioner (sp?)
Which one is whining?
To determine if your belts are making the noise spray a little WD-40 or similar product on the belt...Does the noise STOP?
Note: If the belts have NOT been replaced on your ownership, then now is GREAT time to do so. When the belts are off, rotate each of the above parts to see which one is loose and noisy.

PS. As this is your first post you might want to use spell check and combine the structure of your request into sentences or bullets points. It will be easier for the techies to better respond to your plea for assistance.
