A sad day when I realized that my car of 10 years (bought in 2008 with 48k miles) had to go. Kids are starting to drive, and I won't let them learn/start on something this nice and fast! So I need the room-- but would like it to find a good home

2003 BMW 540i M-Sport. Topaz Blue, Black lthr interior with black headliner (rare). Stock M-sport except I put on M5 bumper (see pics).

Also, have a set of 4 Blizzak snow tires and wheels (shown in the last pic) that I am throwing in---I think that makes this a good deal from my benchmarking. I do not recommend winter driving in the summer slicks---but in the summer, gotta love 'em .

Will throw in Mityvac and Peake service scan/reset tool if interested

Been through much of the E39 journey
- Door seals addressed
- Radiator, water pump, expansion tank, coolant hosing all replaced
- Fan replaced
- Seat twist- both seats addressed
- Front grill clips (replaced grills)
- Tie rods
- Pixels (that was a sweet win )

- Remounted/new bracket interior motion sensor
- Takata airbag recall processed
- Just inspected
- Major overhaul last year- can forward copy of the work
- No chain rattle on timing
- No oil leaks

Why it isn't perfect:
- Some rub rash on a couple of the wheels (can see if you look close in at least one pic).
- Couple of rock- chips on nose (hard to see in pic)
- Suspension bushings are going (last done around 90k miles)
- Some of the body plastic on forward underpanel damaged by road debris (since under the car, can't see on pics)
- 1/2 cup a month coolant loss (measured)
