Blower Motor not running

Hi All! My 1998 328i vert heating cooling blower motor (not the aux fan) does not work. I have full indications on the bar graph for temperature and the + - buttons seem to work ok. I haven't used the fan at all for about three months but it was working great the last time I used it. I checked the fuse late last night, but only visually.

Any pointers on this fix?

I am thinking:
-swap out the relays for the horn (R4) with the heater blower (R9)
-check the fuse with the multitester

After that I'm not sure but maybe check the relay and fuse connections?

Thanks for any help, I will try the above and any suggestions that I receive tonight. Hopefully this isn't another in-depth repair.

So I removed the resistor inside the cabin and hot wired the fan with the leads and the fan does run well so I would guess the resistor is shot. The relay itself was working as I swapped it out with the horn relay and the horn worked.
I ordered a Rein replacement so hopefully that'll do her.
