How do you replace the lever that moves the seat for e46 m3?

    Hello all,

I was looking to replace the lever on the drivers side that moves the seat so that passengers can get into the back. Currently, my lever functions as it should but part of it is broken and it's hard sometimes to pull the lever up to move the seat.

Are there any writeups or videos on this?

if there's any confusion, i'm talking about BMW Lever Outer Left part number 52108267507

    TIA,

You are probably going to have to remove the seat to work on it. If the seat back has a removable back panel then that will expose the internals. Once you have the new part it should be easy to see how to install it
