    Rear wiper completely seized

So I bought a 318i E90 Touring to have as a car to work on then sell on for profit and am stuck on the smallest thing.
The rear wiper is completely seized and just doesn’t want to budge. I have tried moving it with the glass open and it still doesn’t want to move. I’ve been spraying it with WD40 and other sprays that are supposed to help for two weeks now and still no change. I’ve checked all fuses and have tried following all tutorials that I can find, but just can’t make it move!

Do any of you guys have any idea how to make it move?

Here is some information from the E39 section. They are not exactly the same but are similar so this might help you to get it appart.
