Hello i guys im just finishing painting my e34 and the next thing i want to do is to put m57d30 from e39 in to my e34tds. I never done something like that and i just wanted to ask experts, what i i will need to. My friend said that i will need oil pan from e38, what else?

Your english is fine. Your swap sounds like fun. The problem is that north america did not get E34 or E39 diesels so no one here will know much.

You’re English is much better than my Lithuanian. Like all swaps the electrics are the difficulty. These boost up really well. And yes a forum from the EU or uk would probably be better. No disrespect but people from USA know absolutely nothing about things outside the USA generally speaking.

Man, that e34 should be awesome.
I think that the first series of e39 equiped with the m57d30 (which actually is a 2.9 ltr) shares the same rounded connector that the e34 525 tds had from 92 to 95 for the engine harness. So it should be no problem tu just plug in like you would do on a m52 swap.
The problem here is that you should dissable the EWS and maybe something else like you would do on a MS41.1. I dont know about tye main fuel pump and so... a diesel specialist should have no problems making it work.
If you find some info (I am shure Russians have a lot of it) share it with us (me) cause I have a lot of diesels around!
