    M50 crankshaft pulley

Dumb question: do you need to remove the main crankshaft bolt in order to remove the harmonic balancer, or just the six small ones?

    Thanks in advance!

I think just the six bolts. I did this about a year ago and remember that the puller only needed to go onto the main crank to so I could remove it and the lower timing cover, so I'm pretty sure only the six bolts are needed to be removed.
