So on the passenger side, when you flip the cover over the visor mirror, the light assembly which consists of two lights (mine is LED), is supposed to turn on. Mine doesn’t. I swapped out the driver and passenger with each other, and it still has the same problem. So it’s not the assembly, it has to be a switch or the wiring right? Any suggestions to how to move forward and fix this?

Look at the contact point (on the left side for the visor you have pictured). The clip that holds the left side of the visor picture provides the electrical contact point...make sure that something is not preventing the metal to metal contact.
If that' is not the issue...it could be the sliding mechanism in the mirror...and third would be the wiring which goes through the hinge where it is screwed into the headliner (on the right side in the pic you posted).
You may also be able to find some helpful info about the sun visor/mirror light (wiring diagrams and other info) at: https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/e...-s-side/q-X382

I sprayed electrical spray on the connectors coming from the car to the light assembly, still didn’t work.
Second, I removed the mirror visor assembly by unscrewing two screws, and now I am trying to find if there is a loose connection on the mirror assembly. Would it be better just to replace the entire mirror visor? All the connections look fine, with the metals touching each other.
Pics below: swapped the light assemblies to double check, the driver works and passenger does not.
