    1987 325e

    E to I switch

    I am installing a 1990 325i engine into my 1987 325e. I have a 1990 computer with an 87i wiring harness. Do I need to switch out any sensors to match? Anywhere I can get a simple wiring diagram for the harness?

    I think I recall seeing that a switch to an “I” head is a good idea.

    No e30s, again :(
    no, the sensors will work if its a 73 dme (last numbers)
