CD43 not start

Hey guys, I recently installed CD43 on my car. I got digital changer to listen music trough USB / AUX. Everything was fine. But from few days I have problem. When set key to pos 1 or start engine, CD not start .. only red light blink. I try to push every button, hold for 30 sec. nothing ... When I remove power connector from back and plug it again, CD work fine.. when I stop the car for 30 minutes, after that CD no work again.. sometimes after 30-40 tries it start working .. Someone got same problem and resolved !? Please guys... help me .. I really like this CD..

Oh, I forgot to mention that before this CD I had Sony and no problems with it. I also try to change CD with another, 2 days no problem .. when installed CD43, 1 hour after It refuse to start, reconnect connector and start working ..

Is the switched +12v correctly working?

everything is fine with wiring .. with other radio no problem, also I power up my 18 button OBC from radio cable (switched +12).
