fuel tank question

hello my friends i changed my 316 automatic 1995 car with 321 mpower engine with zf 330 ci gearbox
but i was thinking about the original fuel tank (316) will work with my new engine?
PS: the fuel pump i changed it to the 3.2 m3 e36 one

Why do you think the original fuel tank would not work? I am using the original NA M3 tank with my S50B32 swap and it worked fine with the original pump. Later, we install Bimmerworld's dual fuel pump kit, but that was for auto-x needs.

I believe as long as you have a healthy fuel pump, filter and fuel pressure regulator you should be good. Are you having issues?
