I was test driving another e60 545i that has those fault codes The Idle is pretty rough. Car has new valve cover gaskets, valve stem seals, new maf sensor all new spark plugs and coils so it should be running good. Do you know what needs to be replaced to fix this issue as I have not seen those codes before. Thanks

The codes seem to indicate an intake leak.
I would remove rubber intake boot, vent hose,
squeeze to check for cracks, if so-replace.
Okey so all these codes are referring to a vacuum leak? But what Is the mileage range on timing chain on the n62? The car has been driven 274.000 km and I am assuming that the car has the original timing chain. (when should the timing chain and tensioners be replaced on these engines)
You have no codes indicating a timing fault.

Have you checked for leaks?
The car idles very rough on cold startup which seems to be caused by a vacuum leak (rpm needle jumps up and down. When it heats up it always idles at 1000 rpm which is too fast compared to the other e60 545i I owned before. Would like to have this fixed! I have tightened the hose clamps on the intake hose coming from the maf sensor but nothing has changed.(also this hose has no hole or crack in it) What would you recommend to do? Should I buy new small plastic hoses that goes from intake to the valve covers? Are they likely?
Did you remove the rubber intake boot and squeeze to check for cracks?, tightening the clamps is not a test.
Check all vacuum hoses for cracks or brittleness, if nothing found then we'll need the help of a shop.
Have an intake smoke test performed,as that is the only reliable way to find and confirm all intake leaks.
I removed the rubber intake hose coming from maf and checked it in a good light. It was like new I squeezed it and no cracks or anything. Also taped up the plastic hoses coming from valve covers to the intake. And the rubber vent valves on the valve covers were like new. When I unplugged the maf (Bosch) it slowed down the idle speed to normal but needle still moves up and down.
Have you inspected the CCV system hoses for breaks/cracks?
Many possibilities for leaks, and many hidden or hard to find.
I would have a professional smoke test of the intake system performed at a reliable BMW specialist shop.
There doesn't seem to be any other responders here beside myself, and I know of expert techs that may be able to help,
