I am the 4th owner purchased in Oct 2014 (146,366 miles) with the intent of putting work into it, however I no longer have the space to keep this long term anymore thus I need to sell. I tackled the biggest/most costly mechanical issues first, but there is still other work to be done as described below. I am fully disclosing the remaining issues and condition of the car to the best of my knowledge. Also, a full list of receipts from the previous owners in addition to when I owned the car will be provided with the sale.

Summary of maintenance
Entire rear bushings replaced, powersteering and coolant lines refreshed, all fluids changed regularly, SR2 carbon fiber sunroof delete, new bosch starter, new guibo, new oil pan, refreshed shifter bushings, new belts, new ignition coils.

Over $10k of work was performed under my ownership which includes:
1. Powersteering lines and fluid, coolant flush May 2018 @ 164k
2. Replaced blower relay for heating/cooling Dec 2017
3. All rear bushings replaced and diff fluid flush- rear knuckle (upper and lower), rear sway mount, AKG 75D rear carrier bushings, AKG 75D rear diff bushings, turner rear upper monoball bushings, trailing arm monoball (upper and lower) - June 2017
4. Custom underbody tray and all 6 ignition coils replaced- May 2017
5. S2RTuning Carbon Fiber Sunroof delete - Sep 2017 @ 161k , old sunroof was leaking, old color matched skin and tray will be included
6. Valve Cover gasket, shift selector seal, diff side cover seal, NGK BKR6EQUP plugs replaced - Jan 2017
7. Brakes last flushed June 2017
8. Bosch starter Oct 2016
9. Oil changes performed every 5k miles with Mobil 1 full synthetic 0w-40 and mahle/mann filters, previous owner used royal purple.
10. Replaced Driver side outer door handle - May 2016
11. Two O2 sensors, guibo (driveshaft flex joint), and shifter bushings replaced - Apr 2016 @ 158k
12. Front axle support, oil pan, steering input shaft, serpentine belt, fuel filter, SS brake lines replaced - Dec 2015 @ 156k
13. New Black Kidney Grills - Dec 2015
14. ZHP shift knob - Feb 2015
15. New Battery - Nov 2014
16. Trans and Diff fluid - Oct 2014 @ 146k
17. Authentic SSR Type C in Gunmetal 17x8 with Hankook RS3s (Square setup)

8. Higher ratio Diff at 40k, unclear of the ratio
9. Water pump (Stewart) and radiator replaced 135k
10. Sway bar bushings, end links, and strut hats @ 100k
11. FCABs, control arms, tie-rods, engine mounts, transmission mounts and reinforcement plates, brake pads, sensors and rotors @ 125k
12. RSMs replaced in 2013 @ ~125k
13. RTABs replaced 2014 just prior to my purchase @ 146k
14. Pulleys
15. ASC Delete (HW will be included)
16. Pioneer headunit, Alpine Amp, upgraded interior speakers, and Sub. (Sorry i dont remember the brand but it was a highly respected one).
17. Headlights - one of the original Xtec ballasts went bad and was replaced with an Apexcone from Understeer.com. For some reason it shows a fault in the system but both lights work fine.

The cons:
Cold start is sometimes rough, but after it warms up it runs fine. Some of that may be compounded by the more aggressive Schrick cams. Losing coolant somewhere, but I can't find any leaks. Compression tests came back fine, but that still doesn't mean the head gasket is holding properly. Check Engine P154 and P304, possibly also related to head gasket. The car is drive-able, however I would recommend towing the car until the coolant issue is resolved.
Some rust on the side panels by the rear wheel. Headliner was sagging, and is removed (old headliner will also be included with sale for refinishing). Glove box spring is missing, but the button opens it fine. Clear bra is old and cracking. Rear windshield tint was removed due to bubbling (rear defogger works perfectly, no damage during removal), driver side front tint also removed. A previous owner had a minor bump on the front bumper into a tow hitch with no structural damage but you can see the imprint on the bumper molding and a slight indent at the kidney grills, so I replaced the original cracked ones.

Once again, I am being upfront with all the remaining issues and put an immense amount of blood, sweat, and tears into revitalizing the car. I hope to pass on the torch to another owner who will care for her and can finish the job.
