Having a lovely past few days since replacing my battery to my 2011 328i. So after swapping out a new battery, I got a bunch of warning lights on the dash that werenÂ’t there last time I replaced the battery.
Also, I have no blinkers, no lights inside or out, and windows donÂ’t work.
Took it to get serviced and got the battery registered.
Then CBS numbers were reset, tried a new sensor for rear break pads and tried to bypass with jumper wire but the yellow brake light still shows up. Fuses were fine after being checked and there is no communication with the footwell module.

Is the new battery fully charged? Did you register it with the car’s charging system?
Yes it's a brand new battery. And I went to the shop and got it registered and the mechanic confirmed. I think the FRM Module may have got shorted out or messed up when the battery was replaced but I'm not sure.
A brand new battery isn’t necessarily fully charged. It may have sat on a shelf for months.
