What equipment was my car born with

How can I find out that info? The car has 22" wheels,I have checked to see what it came with but there are 3 different sizes listed,how can I find out which one is correct? Would it be whatever the original owner ordered or is there model specific ? 04 745i.

You could run the vin number at the dealer it might list what it came with on the options list

Another option is to go to BMWVIN dot COM, scroll down a bit, enter the vin, and you will get a as built list.
