    Pads for daily driver

It is brake time for my sedan. I use it for spirited commuting and some backroads. Never anything resembling the track.

All the street pads are inexpensive so this isn't a cost decision. I'm not fussed with dust. I don't want any sound and I do want good bite and nice linear feel. Is Pagid the right move? Pelican rates them highest in their "supplier rating" system. Not really sure what that means.

Will be doing rotors too but doubt they make any difference. Will likely go for the Bosch. System was recently flushed and works very well but has developed a shudder, presuming from old rotors that are starting to warp.

You'll be happy with the Jurid, Pagid or Ate pads. If it were me, I'd just go with the Jurid. Remember the OE compound is dusty but provides the really great cold pedal feel that BMWs are known for. To help keep wheels clean, I typically wax them like I would any painted surface. While you're at it, I recommend the Ate Coated rotors to keep them looking nice for a long time.

For the fronts, I saw them at Pelican and rmeuropean. Haven't seen any for the rear. It's possible Ate doesn't make that application.

ATEs on Bosch Quiet Cast rotors produced excellent, factory like smoothness and quietness.
